A Pikelet is another traditional Staffordshire delicacy that is similar in texture to a crumpet but thinner in depth and wider on circumference.

These are specially created using the finest, sweet currants and ready to be popped in the toaster or under the grill until the desired texture is achieved and then smothered in butter and/or jam.
